the interview process at Kelley for the position of a welder is very simple. a welding test is administered to see if the candidate can perform the essential duties of the job. the candidate is required to weld material which is usually mild steel plates. the candidate must satisfactorily weld material of various thicknesses. the welds must be of the same quality as the quality standards set by the company for its current employees.
