Two interviews one with someone telling you about job and another with hiring manager regular star questions. Very easy hired within the month. Four weeks training. Pay increases every 6 months.

The interview was a two round interview process. I would encourage you be yourself and talk about your product knowledge and experience with customers. I would do the interview on a laptop to avoid delays or a rescheduling of your interview.

Interview
I applied late December, had to take a typing test 24hrs later. Once typing test was complete I had to wait 48 hrs and was sent an E-mail stating I had been chosen for an interview. The Interview was scheduled through their system. Received a E-mail with a link for the video interview on the day of the interview about 1 hour before I was scheduled. I had to turn my camera 360 degrees. They wanted to view the entire room. The door had to be closed and I could not be by windows. I was in a 1 bdroom and I set my desk up in the corner with the TV and Door behind me and the window was in front of me.

We had to roll play a call from a new Apple customer. They wanted to see how I would describe to a customer how to work the iPhone.
