Kelly Chat Tech Support interview questions

I did two applications because on the website I wasn’t sure which one was for the “Chat” support which I was very much interested in. When I got the video interview I advised that’s the one I wanted. Video went dead for a second then she said she would withdraw for that and leave the one for chat. Ironically I got an email that I wasn’t considered for chat 2 minutes later. Very happy I didn’t even start with you guys because I realized the game. Pity because I own every single one of APPLE products for years. I know exactly how to troubleshoot them, worked from home for 5 years and have technical experience. If I took the phone tech support y’all were so willing to hire me. Soon as I said chat you didn’t even take the time to review. Terrible.
