Interview
Very simple and short. I walked in, waited, then she took me into an office where we discussed my current position and experience. She told me she needed help with recruiting so I got the position right away.
Easy, the process took 1 week and I was hired and started in 2 weeks. The interview consisted of a phone screen, with an onsite manager with two managers. When asked why I wanted to join, I spoke about my interest and experience and how I will serve value to the company.
Pretty straight forward. Know the job description well. They do ask some difficult questions so do your prep work! The person on LinkedIn who did the sourcing didn’t do the best job describing the role.
