I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kelly (San Diego, CA) in Sept 2017
Interview
The interview process was smooth. I received a phone interview first, I was asked some general questions on my experience and resume. The second interview was at the office, and was in a comfortable setting . The questions were more in depth, with many scenario based questions. Everything about their interview process went well, except the follow through on their part. I was told that I did well, and that if it was ok to set me up with the regional manager for a final interview. I said yes, but never received any communication after that. A “sorry we did not choose you” would have been sufficient, but I did not receive an email or phone call.

Question 1
How would you respond to an applicant who felt the pay rate for the role did not match their experience?
Easy, the process took 1 week and I was hired and started in 2 weeks. The interview consisted of a phone screen, with an onsite manager with two managers. When asked why I wanted to join, I spoke about my interest and experience and how I will serve value to the company.
Pretty straight forward. Know the job description well. They do ask some difficult questions so do your prep work! The person on LinkedIn who did the sourcing didn’t do the best job describing the role.
