Interview
Interview was straight forward. Manager was very nice. I was eager to jump back into work force. Hiring process was fairly involved. Training department was very helpful. Resources were plenty.
Received a couple questions over the phone prior to setting up the interview. Went into the store met with store manager walked the facility and they asked me a couple questions about how I feel and stressful environment.

Tell me about a time you had an upset customer what did you do to resolve their issues?

Interview
It was pretty relaxed. The interviewer also gave me feedback on some of my responses to his interview questions. It felt more like a dialogue about the job than it was a formal interview. It was surprisingly very quick as well. Usually they say they will be definitely be in touch you after the interview, but they don't contact you after a decision has been made... at least in my experience they haven't.
