So I will give you the rundown of my timeline. Interviewed with Hr 12/20 and due to the back to back holidays didn't hear back until 1/5 requesting a second interview. This is with all managers but they all had amazing personalities and it made me feel comfortable and welcomed which made the interview a lot easier. They asked about background but it was mainly getting to know you type things also. In the interview it was presented as though the process would take a while for selection but 1/6 I got my offer and accepted. I also cried tears of joy too because I really needed a new career and prayed for this role at Kemper (but that's neither here nor there). Benefits are AMAZING and not extremely expensive. I'm excited!!!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Go over your resume (work history) - I recommend detailing what the role was and throw in how it would or will prepare you for this role.
Career goals for future- I recommend letting them know you plan on growing with the company. Personally that is genuinely my goal to grow and develop within the company so it was a natural response for me.
ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ask them questions. I asked what characteristics would a candidate need to be successful in this role, typical day is like in this role, what kind of development support (can word differently of course) and also asked about work culture. I knew people that worked there so I already knew but you got to do what you have to do in a interview
