Interview
It was behavioral based interview questions as well as prior work history questions. I had a telephone interview with a recruiter. Then the second interview was a in person interview with the Claims manager, team leader and another adjuster. They asked behavioral based questions, questions about my work history and what my future career goals were.

Interview
Had a short phone screen interview and then from there was scheduled for an interview with hiring managers. Very positive interview experience. Both managers were very friendly down to earth and personable.
