Very Informal. The guy just asked basic questions like why are you interested in this. Dress was business professional and vibes were formal, though. But questions were easy. Conduct yourself professionally
I did not have an interview. I filled out an application, and was offered employment. The supervisor was very nice, and I found the application process very painless. No tough questions on the application either.
