Top down approach getting to discuss the job position with multiple levels of the organization ensuring it’s not only a fit for the company but one for the employee. Different parts of the organization participated: HR, Operations, and executive group.

The phone interview was unprofessional, the employee who interviewed me did not seem prepared to ask me questions and answer the questions that I had. Also took them a week and a half to get back to me after the first interview.
