Best interview process I believe I've ever had: response to initial application was within minutes, first phone interview was within 12 hours, and first in-person interview was within a day or two (weekend happened in between) and the partner I interviewed spent almost two hours both asking and answering questions (very thorough). I met with two other partners within the second week. I was offered the job after the final two interviews with the other two partners. I started within 10 days after initial contact (including 2 weekends in between and a background check). Essentially, Kenny & Company doesn't mess around when it comes to hiring candidates they feel are a fit.
