Applied to a confidential posting on Careerbuilders. Turned out to be a recruiter. No phone interview with Birchwood, but had one in person with both the HR manager and the Director of Operations. Then was quickly asked to go online and fill out their assessment the next day. The assessment was a combination of 200 questions that were personality profile questions, then the assessment was followed up by a mini version of the SAT. Took a total of 2 hours on line. I was called later that day and asked to show up the next business day for a walk through and a final interview. Showed up and both the HR manager and Director of Operations asked questions that were driven from the assessment test. Then was told that there would be one more follow up interview with the VP of Operations. A week passed by and the recruiter called me up to tell me the "bad" news. I requested feedback from the recruiter for possible improvement for future interviews. I was told that I was "Too polished"
