Kent Police (UK) interview questions

A demanding Q&A, followed by a prepared presentation on a given subject and then an assessment of my driving ability, assessed against Roadcraft driving skills on the public highway with a qualified assessor and senior member of the team.

The two interviewers were friendly and made the experience less stressful. They answered my questions brilliantly and were happy to engage in conversation about the role. The whole process was explained well and I didn't feel lost or out of place navigating the building.
