I have never been so disappointed in an interview process. There was no follow up, without me asking. I feel as though I was led to believe I had received the job, which in return hurt me because I quit interviewing with other companies. Process took over a month! Terrible communication!

First interview was a phone call. Second was in person. The third was a panel style interview with upper management. Fairly normal process. Be prepared to discuss your resume in detail and how it related to the available position.
