The opening is put out in an announcement that will tell the qualifications and application requirements. The announcement will tell how long the application window is open. Once application packet is accepted you will get a call and schedule a board interview. The board is standardized with all applicants getting the same questions. The candidates will be rated and placed on an order of merit list. The list is forwarded with a recommendation for hire. Once selected the candidate will have to submit a drug test and take a class 2 military physical.
