Interview
The interview process was professionally conducted. both technical and managerial skills were evaluated. The level of skill test was OK but I could see many people struggling with it. Result was communicaed immediately. Compensation was fixed and there was no scope for negotiating any perks etc. Compensation offered was in-line with other companies working in the area.
