The first part of the interview process is a written test later followed by an in person interview. My experience was great, the interview was very objective and transparent. I would say the only downside was it took HR over two months to finally give me a response after my in person interview, I even thought I never got the role. If going for an interview always make sure you are well read and prepared for it.
