Thanks for sharing this feedback. We're sorry that the interviewers seemed unclear about the role you were interviewing for. Often, we have several positions open at once across a few accounts, which may have led to their confusion, but I apologize that we weren't able to answer the questions you had about the role.
In terms of the role being put on hold, the nature of agency hiring is that our staffing needs are determined by client/account need, which can sometimes change unexpectedly. We do often reach back out to candidates we put on hold once positions open up again and hope you'll keep Kepler in mind should we have an opportunity for you in the future.
