      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kepler Group (Philadelphia, PA) in Apr 2019

      Interview

They start off first with a phone interview to get a feel of your personality and get a feel of why you're interested in this position. During this interview, they also tell you more about their company, but this doesn't give you any reason to still research the company and do your homework. This is also a time where you get to know the company a bit more as well as the culture. The second round are the video interviews. I had 2 video interviews on the same day, back to back. The first one went well and it was very much like a conversation. Basically in this one, they would ask you hypothetical questions about the position you're applying for.The second video interview was much more analytical. They would ask how would you approach a situation if you were working with a client (for example looking at their data and coming into a solution). This one kinda tripped me up because the interviewer was distracted and I was thrown off by that, which affected the rest of the interview. Learning my lesson, interviewers do that for a reason to see just how focused you are and how you would react in those situations where they might just not seem like they're into you.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

If you had to pick a brand, how would you market their product (Taking into consideration their target audience, a budget, etc.)
      Answer question
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kepler Group (New York, NY) in July 2016

      Interview

First was a phone screen, conducted by a very enthusiastic and friendly, senior member of staff. He described the business and philosophy. Then asked me to tell him about my background, which I did. It was very informal. Second, in-person interview with two most junior members of staff. The most junior was very engaged and thoughtful in his questions. The hiring manager ignored most of what I said. He enjoyed talking about himself and Kepler, and seemed to be mostly focused on having been promoted a bunch of times. They talk about being better than the typical agency, but never seemed to discuss how. My impression was that they're snobs, but don't back it up with real performance.
