Kerjaya Prospek interview questions

Arrived half an hour earlier than appointed time. HR asked me to wait at lobby that's fine. Checked again 15mins past appointed time and HR assured me boss is busy despite it being 5:45pm already. At 6pm another candidate went in first, I assumed he came before me and only just appeared. I went in at 6:30pm. The interviewer didn't introduce himself and instead went right at it. I had to ask him and later found out he was the CEO so ya I didn't research on how each of them look like so probably my fault but him downplaying my achievements at my previous company just because he holds a personal grudge for being outbid for a key project is certainly not premeditated. This CEO told me to my face that I'm not qualified for the role and yet I received an offer for an assistant manager matching my asking pay but ya even if the interview session went well I still wouldn't go for it due to having 8 days annual leaves only.
