Kern Medical interview questions

The interview process as Kern involves a panel of managers from different specialties from which you requested to work when you submitted your application. They go around the panel asking questions such as "telling me a little about yourself", "Why Kern", etc. Make sure you research why you want Kern. Just come in looking tidy, smile, show excitement about the job, ask questions and you should be fine!

Felt as if they had their mind made up prior to the interview based on where I attended school. Did not seem interested in asking anything about me personally, my experience, or my skills.
