Two stages plus practical. I met with MDs and the CEO in two separate processes and delivered a practical training session with 4 experienced consultants with a follow-up review with the Head of L&D at the time

Interview
Great interview process, they moved fast with the set-up and the feedback. Overall the entire process was transparent from the beginning with regular updates and preparation in advance. The interview itself was with the line manager and other relevant stakeholders that the role would interact with.
