I interviewed for Lead Front end developer react js. The interview process consisted of multiple rounds, starting with an HR screening followed by a technical interview focused on React js skills. The technical discussion was relevant and covered practical scenarios, including past project experience and problem-solving approaches.
I then proceeded to a management round, which was more focused on overall experience and role expectations as a Lead developer.
However, towards the later stage of the process, I was informed that the role required experience in .NET and C#, which had not been mentioned in the job description, my CV, or in any of the earlier interview rounds. This came as a surprise and felt like a lack of alignment between the recruitment and management teams.
Overall, while the interviewers were professional and the discussions were meaningful, better clarity on role requirements and internal coordination would significantly improve the candidate experience.
