Kerr Wood Leidal Associates interview questions

2 Rounds of on site interview: first round being: - 1 hr casual behavioral fit conversation with HR and team member - 1 hr technical assessment (Django troubleshooting) with technical personnel - Lunch interview with senior personnel and team member for final stage

1 hr. 3 interviewers, 2 of them are engineers and 1 people/culture coordinator (hr). First question - tell me about yourself. For the first 20 mins engineers were telling about their company, couple of quick questions about me. Then they started asking about my hobbies (around 15 mins) followed by some questions from the resume. Then "describe a time" and "situation" questions from hr.
