Kerry Group LLC interview questions

Interviewed initially through a recruiter. Was invited into the office and interviewed with two people who told me that the company was growing and that they were needing to fill open positions. Also was told that it was a good place to work with great opportunities. Found out after accepting a position that the whole interview was a lie. The hiring managers that interviewed me were more or less told to lie about the atmosphere of the workplace. Also, found out that there had been a mass exodus which is why they needed to bring people on. It is a revolving door.

It was a good experience and managed to understand more about the role that I am applying. There was 3 test during the Assessment Centre: Solo presentation (more like a role play and see how you manage to solve those issues in short period of time), Group presentation (a report will be given to you and you need to find out the problem and solve it within 30 minutes) and Solo Interview ( A lot competency question and make sure you understand about the Kerry company itself).
