I applied online. I interviewed at Kespry in Nov 2020
Interview
Two step process, Zoom interview + face to face . At which point you will be offered position or rejected . It is relatively easy compare to other company. Just be calm and collective and you will do just fine
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kespry (Menlo Park, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Fist was a phone screen with the hiring manager followed by an in-person meeting with the hiring manager. After that I was asked to meet with managers across the department followed by a presentation that was directly related to the work I'd be doing.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kespry (Menlo Park, CA) in June 2018
Interview
It was a good interview experience overall. It went something like this:
I submitted a resume, heard back from the recruiter and we set up an initial screening call
After passing the initial call, I had a second call with the Director that I would be reporting to
I was then invited to come in for an in-person interview with a panel at the Kespry offices
I came back in-person one more time to do a presentation to the panel and for the President
Throughout this entire time, the recruiter I worked with was the absolute best recruiter I have ever worked with. She stayed in touch with me every step of the way, letting me know what where we were in the process and about how long it would be until I heard back from them etc. I was never left in "limbo" wondering what was happening or if they had decided to pass on me and just never replied.

Question 1
How would I apply some of my newly gained CSM experience to help improve a Support Team?
