Kestone interview questions

The Hiring Manager was too arrogant and rude and it was a complete one-man show. No other hiring person was involved. He sends mail, he contacts you, he evaluates you, he makes the decision, he keeps you waiting for weeks and he disappears and again messages if I'm open to the job. What a pathetic experience.

They interview was carried for an half nour and didn't hear back from the recruiter, the communication is inconsistent. Very bad approach and lost the respect towards the Organisation . Through out the one month entire process it was just one person trying to be inconsistent
