Interview
You will interview with lots of people here. Starting with HR who screens for basic abilities and job match. Those questions are all the tell me about a time when type. Then you meet the hiring manager for about an hour. This is where they decide if you would be a good addition to the team. It helps if you have proven successes to share, like sales reports and awards. Finally, you'll meet the larger team. You may interview with peers or senior leaders in your field. These interviews follow a script so don't expect to have the same question asked twice. They get together after you leave to compare notes. You are always being evaluated so stay professional at lunch or when waiting in the reception areas.
