      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at KeyBank (Bristol, IN) in Aug 2017

      Interview

Online assessment full of simple money counting and gotcha questions about handling customers and bank policy; Phone screening then eventually face to face. This was the worst interview I have ever participated in. The interviewer raced through the phone screening, then the typical HR handbook questions. Then the interviewer tried to rewrite the content of my CV due to serious reading comprehension or eye sight problems. There were extremely high expectations for the offered financial compensation; almost an insult to any professional with years of experience. Burger King and McDonald's offer almost as much and don't ask you to migrate to three different locations over an hour apart from each other throughout the week. The entire interview style was terrible and industrial, like a bologna factory. Interviewer refused to acknowledge any experience in cash handling outside of the US I guess counting is different in other countries... The best part came when the interviewer asked me if I spoke English - after conducting the entire interview in English! At this point, I knew nothing good could come out of this. I would not take this position if it was offered to me.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Nothing difficult just the typical Handbook questions. Tell me about a time when you handled a customer problem and how you resolved it? What is your strength?
      Answer question
