I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KeyBank in Jan 2010
Interview
There is an electronic assessment. If you don't answer ALL the questions exactly how Keybank wants you to, the HR Recruiting dept. will fail the test. They aren't at all interested in real people. My Branch Manager routinely told potential employees to make sure they answered all the questions in the most "perfect person" way, or they wouldn't be approved by HR to even get an interview. Relationship Managers typically have 2-3 interviews. Tellers routinely had 4+ interviews. Strange that a $10-$12/hr job has more interviews than the higher paid staff.

Question 1
I was surprised that most managers don't have any coaching or training on interview skills. They tend to ask questions that are illegal according to the EEOA
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KeyBank (Portland, ME) in June 2017
Interview
Fast and very accommodating. I met with about 3 people for 3 different interviews. Everyone was straight forward with what the role entailed. I was nervous at first but was met with a very relaxed atmosphere. A very sales oriented role so they made it apparent. One of the questions asked was to sell something in the room, i think I chose my watch. It was a bit always at first but in the end went very very smoothly.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KeyBank (Rochester, NY) in Feb 2017
Interview
Quick phone interview with recruiter, interview with staff from your branch then interview with senior management and financial advisor. They follow up very quickly. I found the interviews very comfortable.
