I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KeyBank (Portland, OR) in July 2022
Interview
The interview was done in two stages, with the first one being with the recruiter over the phone. It was fairly informal, and more informational than anything. Something good to know, however, is that the branch manager that interviews you will likely have listened to this interview later.
The second interview was done with the branch manager, and was fairly direct and simple. A lot of behavior-based questions (describe a time that you were faced with a challenge that you didn't have the resources to tackle, and what you did about it).
Overall fairly easy, and I heard back about a week later or so.

I applied online. I interviewed at KeyBank (Syracuse, NY) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process was very normal and had thought I crushed it. However; after the in person interview they never contacted me again even when I reached out. Terrible business practice. Have since removed all money and business from company
