The interview process wasn’t hard. It was typical interview questions. There is a panel of 3 people asking questions. They take turns answering questions off a sheet. The one advice I’d give is make sure you’re asking them questions.

You do an interview with multiple managers. A lot of behavior and analytical questions. Asked how you work under stress and how you handle conflict. Also asked what your educational background is and why you chose keybank
