Pending interview and will post an update on the process. But the company on line looks excellent and really wanting to explore options and looking forward to an offer.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KeyStaff (Austin, TX) in Oct 2017
Interview
Received an email asking to do a phone interview, did the phone interview and was invited in for a 1:1. The individual I met with wasn't the one I was scheduled to meet with, and was asked the same questions I had already answered on the phone interview. Then, I received a follow up request with the person I WAS supposed to meet with to do ANOTHER phone interview, and was again asked the same questions. I was then invited to shadow the office for a few hours. Garbage cans were overflowing, one recruiter had stains all over her pants. After the shadowing, I met with the branch manager who said she'd get back to me. And she never did. I emailed, called (she was never available to talk) and I even texted her as I had her cell number. Nobody ever responded again. This is by far one of the worst interview experiences I've ever had. Very unorganized, and so unprofessional to not answer a candidate. At least respond and say "thanks but no thanks!" I'd suggest to those looking for a tidy, professional environment to NOT look at Key Staff!
