Keyano College interview questions

It was great , I loved that it wasn’t no pressure or time limit I could think the question and answer thur. I love that while recording I get 3 try’s an I also like that I could do a Run thur before starting the real interview.

The interview had a panel of 5. The Dean, Chair, HR, one instructor and one other administrator. They asked typical STAR questions. I also had to do a mini-lesson. They were very nice and considerate given my nervousness. The hiring only took 2 weeks, but the onboarding process was a nightmare. I had a huge teaching load and was also required to do a course on how to teach. I wanted to quit. The course lasted about 2 months.
