I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Keyence (Los Angeles, CA) in July 2016
Interview
I was contacted by a head hunter for this position. They called me and did a quick interview. After determining I was qualified, I had to fill out a test, essentially a math test. After passing that I was notified by Keyence that I was going to do an online interview portion. A person via video asked me questions ("why sales" for example) that I had to respond via filming with a web cam my response. Then we I had to take a personality exam. At this point, without much explanation, I was told that I didn't qualify and Keyence would be moving on in the interview process without me. Whole process took about 10 days.

Question 1
Name a time where you were faced with a tough decision and how did you handle it.
Very odd, one hirevue and then they fly you out to chicago. The chicago process is smooth. One interview and roll play. Great time to practice skills and continue to get better.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Keyence
Interview
The interview process starts with an informational session. After that, you complete a digital interview assessment, and only those who pass move on to a traditional Zoom interview. There are definitely a lot of stages you have to pass to get to the final round.

They may conduct a mock sales conversation where you will have to sell them something. Or they may ask you what you think will be the hardest part of the job.
Good practice for the job, multiple stages involving phone screening with HR, meeting with director, then mock presentation and interview with manager. Make sure to practice discovery questions for the mock presentations to help you understand client needs.
