Interview
Das Vorstellungsgespräch lief in einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre ab. Bei diesem Gespräch nahmen zwei Mitarbeiter von Keyence teil. Nachdem sich beide vorgestellt haben, habe ich die wesentlichen Informationen zu meiner Person gegeben. Im weiteren Verlauf wurden Standardfragen gestellt und ein Rollenspiel durchgeführt. Bei diesem Rollenspielen stehen die "offenen Fragen" im Fokus. Durch die richtige Fragestellung die Bedürfnisse des Kunden herausfinden und zum Ziel (Abschluss) kommen.

Interview
The Keyence interview process was structured and competency-based, focusing on communication skills, problem-solving ability, leadership experiences, and career goals. Candidates were asked behavioral and situational questions, discussed past achievements, and demonstrated how they could contribute to a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Assessment day and an individual interview with the recruitment team. I was invited to the final stage interview with a sales manager, but I never received further communications to schedule the interview.

The task was to role-play selling a car to the interviewer
interview online made up of 3 questions where you only have one attempt to record followed by a mechanical test which will most likely be made of some maths and physics question which they said should take 10 min.
