I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Keyence (Elmwood Park, NJ) in June 2018
Interview
The recruiter was hands on and very helpful but not only did this whole process drag out over a month, their means of screening and interviewing are completely overrated. It’s literally data entry. First step was to complete the application which you’re sent AFTER you initially apply on a job board and are contacted by the recruiter, then it’s an assessment, then it’s a video interview and then finally I got an in person interview they left me in a room for an hour to enter orders in a spread sheet and answer a set up open ended questions. The entire process was really a waste of my damn time, ultimately I was not given the position although I accurately completed all the data forms and am probably over qualified for the position. I don’t know if they are looking for cookie cutter bland submissive robots but obviously I was not the fit I would not even waste your time with this company.
