Interview
Interview rounds consist of 7 rounds. First is brief interview. You have 30 seconds to introduce yourself and prove that you're worthy for the job. This round is generally taken by top managers so be very cautious. Second is group discussion. It will be like other companies. Then comes the most important thing. The Benett's mechanical test. Then there will be a technical round and a manegerial round after which last round will be a personal interview with a Japanese manager.

First round is aptitude round where physics application based questions are asked. Followed by a Group Discussion round. After this there is an interview where sales pitches are done and finally you will have the HR interview where a japanese person will also be present to interview you.

They had first apti round then selected were called for interview in a particular day.
The interview started with a basic one min introduction then GD.Qualified students in both the rounds combined were called for IQ test of 30 mins and then qualified called for two HR rounds.
