I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Keyence (Itasca, IL) in June 2014
Interview
Applied online and was contacted within a day or two to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was asked to take an online assessment regarding basic high school level "physics" questions, it was not too difficult. Then I was invited to take an online webcam interview via Hirevue. The online interview consisted of six basic questions. You had 30 seconds to think about the question and then the webcam began recording an up to 3 minute response. I also had to take a personality exam online that asked situational questions and tested your ability to recognize patterns. Heard back a week later and was not offered a position and no explanation why.
