The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Keyence

      Interview

I applied through a recruiter and first was sent a link to a basic physics test. I didn't think it was too difficult, but there are websites that can help you prepare. Next was a preliminary phone interview. Mine was very quick. The man asked me to briefly go over my resume/experience. Then I had to choose from 6 different motivators. Lastly I had to list what I thought were the three important characteristics of a salesperson. The man I spoke with seemed rushed. He wanted me to have very brief answers and sometimes cut me off. Next was the recorded interview. It is an awkward experience since you aren't actually talking to a person, so keep up the energy as much as possible. There were 6 questions that weren't too hard to answer. You get 30 seconds to think and then record your response. After the recorded interview, you take a personality test. It asks a lot of the same questions worded different ways, so I think the best way to go about this test is to be honest. It asks a lot about how much you care about what others think of you, how you handle criticism, and how aggressive you are. I got an email a few days after taking this that they were seeking other candidates, so either the recorded interview or the personality test messed me up, but I feel it was for the best.
