The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Keyence in June 2015
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter after applying on LinkedIn. He qualified me for the position and instructed me to apply on the website. I was then sent a mechanical comprehension test. This is really easy and measures your understanding of basic physics. I was then contacted by a corporate recruiter who moved me onto the hireview interview. The final step was a personality test. You can submit your preference based on location. I wasn't told why I wasn't moving forward. I'm still scratching my head as to why. I came in with a science degree and some sales experience, but I guess I wasn't a cultural fit.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Keyence (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2026
Interview
It was difficult but if you study and know the product, you should do well. I ended up getting the job but it also depends on the location that you want to be in for the position.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Keyence (Boston, MA) in Nov 2025
