1. Resume Screening You will upload your resume their website and they will send an email if you passed the screening process. 2. BMCT II Online Exam If you passed the screening they will ask you to take the the exam online, the link expires in around 48 hours so you still have time to prepare at least a day before you take the exam. TEST: BMCT-II MEASURE: Aptitude to learn mechanical skills DURATION: 25 mins ITEMS: 55 items 3. First Interview (Online) Very short interview, just last for 10 mins. 4. Final Interview (On-site)

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
