Multi step, arduous, full days multiple times. 3-4 interviews. No clarity about the job until offer recieved. Interviews were long and expected you study a product manual before going into them to "sell" them their product with no prior industry experience.

I had X2 phone calls by the recruitment brief interview including my achievements and attributes that contribute to the company.
Accepted to assessment centre.

Overall poor experience as got through to the final stage and interview went ok but didn't hear anything else from them!
