The interview is a very subjective process and the rules are practically non-existent when it comes to the car business unless the dealership is part of a large dealer group that has a written procedure.

fairly easy all you have to really do is just that you have to be fairly articulated with your words. the second thing is that they make you sell them something and they judge you based off of that.
