I applied through other source. I interviewed at Keystone Digital Imaging (Aston, PA) in Mar 2017
Interview
Informal interview as I was a previous tech who left in good standing. They asked my salary requirements, which were industry standard for my experience. They told me they'd get back to me. I called 5 times and emailed multiple times over the next three weeks. NOT ONCE did they get back to me. Upper management there just doesn't seem to understand professional courtesy or how to be professional at all.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Keystone Digital Imaging (Aston, PA) in July 2015
Interview
The interview was pretty basic. You come in and meet with the Training Manager, Chris and the manager of whatever department you have applied for. Chris is a really nice guy and he's extremely relatable. He will ask you basic questions. I can't comment on the direct manager, because it truly will depend on the department. If you do well, it will be followed up with the VP of service for positions in the service department (Tech, Trainer or Dispatch). He will of course try to intimidate you, but he's harmless. Just be yourself and he's a nice guy. All questions will be really normal interview questions.
