I had a positive screening call and interview process with Khaite, or so it seemed. After investing time and effort into the process, I was completely ghosted with no follow-up or communication.
This is not only discourteous but unprofessional, especially for a brand of this caliber. A simple rejection email would have sufficed. It’s concerning to see that this appears to be a recurring issue based on other reviews.
I previously held the brand in high regard, but this experience has significantly changed my perception.
Met with 3 different people. Took 2 weeks to hear back. Interview was in person, had two interviews on Zoom. First interview was about 40 minutes long, last interview was shorter
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Khaite in June 2024

It says a LOT about a company when you are ghosted. Especially after multiple interviews and for a high level position. I have heard some negative reviews about this workplace but wanted to give it a chance and went with the interview anyways because I really admire the brand itself. Turns out the rumors I heard were true. You can tell how they treat you as employees for any place you ghosts you during an interview. Will not be applying again.
