Received an email after a couple of days of applying for the Operations and People coordinator position to book a Phone Interview
Then received a call from inhouse recruiter and had a 20 mins interview

20 mins call with in-house recruiter.
30 mins with Head of People.
3 tasks to complete, for Talent, People and Internal Operations. Took several hours to complete.
1 hour with Senior Talent Partner and Senior People Partner, then 30 mins with Chief of Staff.
1 hour with Head of People and CTO/Co-founder (former COO until recent hire).
Whole process took exactly a month, the only delays were caused by illness.
Great communication from Talent throughout, letting me know about any changes or delays.
Genuinely felt like they were trying to get to know me and make sure we're both good fits for each other. Ample opportunities to ask, sometimes difficult, questions.

Depended on the stage.
First two stages were sense-checks / get-to-know chats.
Interviews after the tasks were talking about them and the reasoning.
Last stage was culture-fit, with only situational questions (e.g. "can you give me a time when...")
