Kidzcare interview questions

Can be on Zoom or in person. Scenario based questions to assess competency. Some discussion about set up of the nurseries and an opportunity to ask questions about the role.

I thought the interview was really good and well structured. Everyone was friendly and I didn't feel too nervous afterwards. Two people were present in the interview and it happened via zoom. The second stage included me going into the work location to meet the manager there.
