Very relaxed discussion.
Very informative.
Interviewer explained clearly the purpose of position and the objectives of the project.

How does your background / experience fir into the plan and vision I've outlined for you in the position advertised?
I was not impressed with the process and attitude of the interviewer, I had to follow up to get a response...(rejection).
Should not have bothered with the overall process honestly.

Interview
The interview was half hour in duration and was conducted over the phone. There was only one interviewer asking general questions and few behavioural questions. Overall the interview process was as expected and straightforward.
