-Variety of questions, some construction related some not. Those who were interviewing were friendly and professional. Discussion of construction specifics on different projects you might be placed on. Testing for general knowldge. You should not be intimidated entering this interview.

I was not impressed with the process and attitude of the interviewer, I had to follow up to get a response...(rejection).
Should not have bothered with the overall process honestly.
The first interview is a phone interview with a recruiter.
The second and the last interview is with the leaders.
They ask questions. They allow you to ask questions l.

Interview
The interview was half hour in duration and was conducted over the phone. There was only one interviewer asking general questions and few behavioural questions. Overall the interview process was as expected and straightforward.
